Bake Day {2014}

We had our annual {bake day} mid-December but in all the hustle + bustle I never got around to posting pics!

I love this annual tradition, though next year I want to do it EARLY in December so we can enjoy it even more! We baked after Grace's second grade musical and we were all {read: ME} exhausted! Nonetheless, some sweet memories...

Christmas with Noonie & Papa J!

Every year we go to Christmas Eve Mass with Noonie and Papa J, dinner, and then open presents. I love going to Midnight Mass - maybe in a couple of years we'll be able to go to it again, but for now we go to the afternoon Mass so we can tuck in the littles at a decent time.

Just as we were about to walk out the door a surprise package arrived from a sweet friend. I LOVE surprises! Thank you, Sara!! As you can see, I wasted no time enjoying this pretty necklace!

And then lots of squeals, "it's just what I wanted", hug attacks, and our traditional wrapping paper war after it's all over with!

Leave it to grandmas to buy the stuff we won't - hahahaha! But seriously, those smiles!

And then Grace had a special surprise for us...

She had picked out "Mom" and "Dad" tiny ball ornaments for us! We LOVED them!!

Hudson said he helped her spot the ornaments...he he he...SO blessed with these two sweet littles!

My sweet Tata & Abuelito started the wrapping paper war and it's been going strong ever since! A new generation is now carrying on the tradition...they must be smiling down from heaven!

Sweet snuggles from some tired littles who kept saying they were NOT tired - ha!

Grinched!

I finally picked up the slack from my blogging break, so be sure to scroll back through the month of December! ------------------------------ 

For the past few months Grace has been practicing almost every single weekend and finally, FINALLY just as school let out for Christmas break, it was time for GRINCHED! Grace was the cutest Christmas Present I've ever seen!!

The entire show was soooooooo good!  The cast was great, the main characters were AMAZING, the length was spot on, and the storyline was just what we needed to get in the Christmas spirit!

Maggie was Cindy Lou Who and she was PHENOMENAL!!

The Grinch and his dog Max were so funny and so good!
