Beach Portraits...and our next adventure!

I wanted to take some beach portraits while we were in Puerto Rico but we kept waiting and waiting and next thing you know it was our last day there!  I hated that we waited until then because it rained that day and it was super hOt and hUmiD...translation = frizzy hair! boo!  We didn't get to coordinate our clothes, but we were able to get everyone to the beach just as the sun was setting and we captured some sweet memories nonetheless...

This was my favorite one of the four of us...I can't remember what Noonie was saying to try and get Hudson to smile and stay in the picture, but whatever it was it worked on the rest of us - ha!
Silly boy!
My best girl...
Sweet cuddles from Hudson...
With Noonie and Papa J...
I love, Love, LOVE this one of Noonie and Papa J with my grandma...
Family...
Grace kept laying her head on my grandma's shoulders and closing her eyes...I wish I could have captured it without her noticing, but what I love most is that she really made a connection with her...
They really just wanted to run into those waves, not pose for pictures.
{check out Hudson's feet..he got a little tan!}
There...that's more like it!
Grace loved hanging out with her cousin Abi the whole time we were there!
Cousins...
Sweet girl...
I think they liked the beach ;)
And just like that it was time to come home... :(
{this was at the airport, just before we boarded our plane}
And now we're ready for our next adventure...here's a {pretty big} hint...

How exciting!!! We too are planning our first trip to Disney with littles. Our trip is in Feb. Even though I've been several times, I bought the unofficial guide to Disney with kids. Let the planning begin! :)) Love that you got a pic of ALL your family. We Just returned from a family vacay and didn't get a group pic. :(

I second Lori Beth's book suggestion. I live about 10 minutes from Disney and I own the Unofficial guide, myself. :-) You guys will have a blast, you are a planner and know your kids and those two things are crucial so you can do the most important thing- HAVE FUN!

I love all the Puerto Rico posts!
You were able to capture some precious moments in pictures.We surely made some good memories, especially with Mom (Tata) in this trip. I'm so glad that Grace and Hudson truly connected with her!
Love, Mom (Noonie)

I live in Orlando as well, I recommend you check out the disboards website. Tons of great info! November will be a great time to go as well, not too hot and not as crowded as sometimes!

How fun! We are doing Disney in October. I've booked lots of character dining and the bibbity bobbity boutique. When my oldest was little those were our favorites. Someone told us about ridemax. Can't wait to try it out but you have to wait until a few weeks before your trip. Also can't wait to see the fun outfits you come up with!! Please share!! I love it!!

So enjoyed reading about and viewing photos of your wonderful trip! I went there with my parents about age 9 and remember it well. Especially the fort!

I hope your upcoming trip to disneyworld will be a great trip also! I would recommend viewing the character parade at the Disney Hollywood studios, not sure of name now, and also eating at the prime time 50's themed restaurant there. The s'mores dessert and chocolate malts are soooo yummy! A fun time and atmosphere there too for all ages. The servers are really great with kids. I would also try o eat dinner at the magic kingdom sleeping beauty castle as the mice and fairy godmother walk around the room and there is singing. A pretty room also to dine. Have fun!!
