a mother's heart

There is something about those handmade school gifts that just warms a mama's heart. My most prized possessions on our Christmas tree are made of construction paper and paint.

Hudson came home from MDO on Thursday with this little Baby Jesus in tow...this one tugs at my heart so very much.
Love these next two! Look how proud the little pumpkin is of her Pinecone Christmas Tree!!! Love!As I was unpacking Hudson's bag full of goodies & treats from his sweet school friends Thursday night, I came across this! I probably should have put it under the tree, but curiosity got the best of me and so I just had to open it right then and there! Sooooo cute!!! I wanted to get a sweet picture of Hudson holding it, but he was much too busy playing to stop for a pic. Thanks Noonie for helping me!

I now have a matched set!
Those little hands hold my heart in the palm of theirs.

Grace & Hudson,
I love you both with all my heart!
Mama

I love the hot pads! I think I may try to make some of those for the grandparents this week. It is so much fun getting out the Christmas boxes this year and seeing all of the great "gifts" the little ones have made through the years.

How did you make the reindeer Hudson's 2010?

He brought it home from Mother's Day Out! I think they dipped his hand in paint and just pressed down his palm, 2nd and 4th fingers to make the reindeer. Then added fingerprints for details!
