There's nothing cuter than little girls playing dress up, whispering in each other's ears, and giggling like only little girls can. Yesterday was
Miss Grace's first time to host a tea party for four of her little friends (
we missed you Maye!) and what fun it was!
Click collage to see it bigger.
Between the goodies...
old-fashioned treats...
and easter egg dyeing...
...we had a blast!Amelia (
wearing the gorgeous Easter bonnet made by her sweet and creative mama Cori!!) brought Grace the sweetest
tussie mussie!

Can you see that tiny birdie? Oh my - isn't it sweet!!

Grace, Amelia, and Emily indulging this mama in one sweet photo.

Bite size treats - just love the Easter color palette!

Time to decorate some cookies!!

Emily working hard on her flower cookie...

...but it was her creative "egg nest" butterfly cookie that won the prize!

Madeline and her masterpiece

Silly girlies :)

Sweet Ella Kate

Hmmm...I think she may have had a little help with her butterfly cookie? :)

After a yummy snack of pb&j bunny sandwiches, cheddar bunny crackers, grapes, carrots, and pink lemonade for the little girls and chicken salad & spinach dip for the big girls (mamas :) it was time to dye some eggs!!!

Miss Emily made my day when, right before she left, she gave me one of her prized eggs - the green one that I had admired during the party. Such a sweet girl! Thank you Emily!!
No boys allowed at the tea party...well, except for one curious little monkey who had fun watching the girls dye eggs :)
And later just hanging out, checking out all the gardening goodies Aunt Heidi brought him.
A few more treats and it was time to call it a day...
...but not before indulging this mama in just one more group picture (they were thrilled - can't you tell?)
Ella Kate was getting some sweet snuggles during the picture taking.

Little hair flower party favors to thank our sweet friends for coming to
Grace's Easter Tea Party.

Thank you
Amelia,
Emily,
Madeline and
Ella Kate for coming to Grace's party! Grace had lots of fun and we hope you did too!
Happy Easter!
