I'm knee deep coordinating Teacher Appreciation stuff this week - it's turning out so cute! - I'll be back to share more on that, but for now, I have one more sweet little something to share with you.
I found this little upcycled vintage chenille crib blanket and knew exactly where I wanted to put it...folded at the foot of Grace's bed. I love the pale blue background and all the colors in the design and I love those two piggies on that teeter totter - even if I think they look a bit like the wolf in Red Riding Hood! he, he, he I just love vintage chenille. It's so soft and I can't help but think about its original owner. Yea, I'm sappy like that. And I love using vintage blankets in creative ways. Grace's birthday tablecloth was a pink vintage pom pom chenille bedspread. It added just the right amount of texture to create the perfect backdrop for my tablescape. I don't have a close up picture but you can see a hint of it in the photos HERE.
Okay - gotta run! Be back soon!
